Learn more about the magical process whereby milk turns into cheese; that delicious substance that seems to go with almost everything! Katherine will guide us through the process from start to finish, giving you the skills to try for yourself at home.
Please note that this is a demonstration but it’s a very small group so there will be plenty of opportunities for ‘hands-on’.
The venue is very easy to find and has ample on site parking. Full details supplied once you RSVP.

There is an optional shared lunch after the workshop for those who are keen to stay and chat.
The Clevedon Farmers’ Market is close by and worth a visit. You’ll have time to pop in prior to the workshop.
